Frank too busy at TOC to race with ACE

Frank did his fellow Yoopers proud at the Tour of California finishing 43rd among some of the best in the game. Cold rain didn't deter him from finishing in the top 20 on a couple of stages while supporting Ben Jaque Maynes and Tom Zirbel. He placed 32nd in the time trial ahead of some prominent Euros as well. Hope to see him at Bikefest. Nice doll Stumpy.
